This is my one-star review. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. My city just had a hailstorm two months ago. I was suggested to go to crash champions to get my hood fixed through my insurance, but this place was not my first choice. I drive my truck to crash champions a month later because that's when they had availability and that's when my insurance approved the claim. Within that month of me waiting to drop my truck off, my ac is working the entire time. I drive to crash champions and gather my things out of the car and my ac is still working. I pick up my truck a few days ago (they had my truck for two weeks) and I drive home. My ac isn't as cold as usual but I'm thinking it's hot out and my truck has been sitting so maybe it just needs to run a little. I don't live far, I live about 10 mins away. I put my truck in my garage for a few days because we do have two vehicles. So I drive my truck about two days later for about 30 mins and I realize, it's very hot out and this ac isn't getting cold. I call crash champions that Monday and they tell me to bring it in. I wasted my time bringing my truck in to be seen and the guy who was about to take a look at my truck already had a

Overall I was gone give them a 5 but there is one thing they did I didn’t like. When I looked at my car I see that the plastic part on the side of the wheel is not all the way put in which was not right. They did not put the right plastic on it and was giving me the like that is crazy. I went through my insurance and I have a newer car why would you do that not thinking I wasn’t gone say anything. Nobody did a run around with me was another thing I didn’t not like. When I did say something they was nice and said they was gone reorder so I’m okay but just the fact they was bold to put something on not fully on is crazy to me and I should not have to do that. All ima say is check your parts and make sure it’s your factory one for your car. I’m kinda pissed I’m not gone like. Because the part doesn’t even fit properly and they thought it was okay to give me my car like that. Overall though they was nice and respectful just that issue I had.

I had high expectations for this place, unfortunately my experience was not the best. They gave me an extremely dirty car. Trisha or the person who works in front of it, I asked her if she could please see the car so she could help me. She said no and told the person to clean the car. I told her that I had to go to work. After seeing the entire car, I decided to arrive late to work and accept that they clean it since the car is totally dirty inside and in the repair area. I come back and ask her if I could please see the car so she can supervise and help me. She said no again, with a worse attitude, they took the car to clean it and returned it to me. With only the driver's area clean, the back part was left dirty and the area they repaired was so dirty that it is impossible to see if the job was done well. They should improve their customer service and do a clean job for the people who trust them with their cars!!

Was in a crash and this place was suggested to me by my insurance. Most repair shops, to me at least as someone younger, are daunting because you never know if you'll get someone with a bad attitude. However, Crash Champions is not like this. The staff was extremely friendly, I was greeted before even walking in the doors. They make sure to communicate with you how repairs are going with your car throughout the entire process and if you do have to call to speak to someone there was never a hold time, they always answered very promptly. Made getting my car repaired less stressful

Got into an accident in my brand new 2022 Kia K5 GT. Decent amount of damage was sustained on the driver side fender (location of fog lamps) and grill. My insurance company recommended Crash Champions to me so I went with it. I checked out the reviews and was a little worried reading some of the negative reviews. I was also concerned with my vehicle being brand new they may not get the correct parts or something of that matter. I went for the consultation in May and was told they'd contact me when the parts arrived. It wasn't until mid July they finally called me to setup an appointment. Appointment was setup for end of July and was told it would take 5 days to complete. Got myself into a rental and hoped for the best. When I got the call that it was ready to be picked up I was so relieved to see my car looked BRAND NEW! These guys did a STELLAR job using all OEM parts from Kia. I am so so happy I went with Crash Champions! Ernie was professional the whole way through. These people are truly the Crash Champions!
